Carlisle on the Ocean Overview
Carlisle on The Ocean offers in my opinion the typical beach lifestyle. Conveniently located at 9195 Collins Ave Surfside Beach FL, just minutes away from Miami Beach and Bal Harbour. This incredible condo is self managed by members of the association, which in my opinion which is a tremendous benefit to the building. We can easily observe the changes that have occurred in this community in recent years. Carlisle on The Ocean was one of the first buildings who create their own private beach area, implemented barbeques, hammocks and comfortable chairs for sunbathing. The elevators were replaced as well as central air units, the completely remodeled hallways and the lobby, best of all was that maintenance costs remained.
Carlisle on The Ocean offers condos from studios to two bedrooms, prices range from $ 190,000 to $ 600,000 depending on size and location in the building. The best lines are 1 and 2 of which offer direct ocean views, like the PH1 and PH2 which have a unique and exclusive model not only overlooking the sea, also from the city and the southwest of Miami Beach and Miami. Maintenance prices range from $ 400 to $ 700 depending on unit size.
Carlisle on the Ocean has excellent recreation areas such as gym, swimming pools, barbeques areas, valet parking - concierge service providing 24 hours, some units have washer and dryer inside. Rentals and pet restrictions are excellent drawing investors and animal lovers. That's why Carlisle on The Ocean is one of my preferred condominiums in Surfside Beach FL.
