One Island Place I Overview
One Island Place I offers the ultimate condo living in Aventura. This gated community is conveniently located at 3801 NE 207 St. just minutes away from the Waterways Shops and the famous Aventura Mall. This magnificent waterfront paradise is managed by The Atlantic Pacific Management Services, who are doing an excellent job. One Island Place offers plenty of amenities, such as fitness center, pool overlooking the intracoastal and the ocean, club house, valet parking and 24 hour concierge among others.
One Island Place offers 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedrooms, the price range varies from $300,000 to $3,000,000 depending on the view or location in the tower. One of my favorite lines is 1 and 2 which face direct ocean views. This condo has 28 stories and it was built in 1992 as a luxury community. The condo fees ranges from $1400 to $2900 depending on the size of the unit. One Island Place Condo has 8 townhomes facing direct ocean views and Golden Beach. These units have a fantastic layout because it gives you the feeling that you are in a house, also all the units have washer and dryer inside and open kitchen. This building offers assigned covered parking spaces, handicap accessability, gated community and storage units. Pets are allowed, but some restrictions apply.
