Water fountains as well as the pool and sundeck makes enjoying the sun a wonderful experience. The Residences maintain the same luxury Mediterranean theme. The floors are made of bamboo, carpet and marble. Also, the units are prewired for surround sound as well as high speed telecommunications, washer and dryer inside. The balconies are spacious and the kitchen has European cabinets, Italian marble countertops, state of the art appliances from Kitchen Aid. The master bath has marble floors and countertops, Jacuzzi tubs and European cabinets. Seamless glass showers and designer bath fixtures add wonderful style to this essential area.
Spiaggia condos offers studios, 1,2 and 3 bedrooms units and also a roof top penthouse which is one of my favorite layouts of the building offering 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms and magnificent views. This condo has 13 stories. When it was the Beeckman Hotel it had 12 stories and the developer added the 13th floor for the penthouses.
This was one of the best condo conversions done in 2005 not only for the quality of the construction but the imagination and the taste of the design. The condo fees range from $200 to $1923 and the amenities include the club house, fitness center overlooking the pool and the ocean, valet parking and 24 hour concierge. This building has a sister property which is The Carlisle on the Ocean. I believe that the developer and the architect were the same in 1965.
