This magnificent oceanfront Surfside community is managed by The Continental Group, who are doing an excellent job. Waverly at Surfside offers volley ball courts, fitness center with plasma TV’s and pool.
Waverly at Surfside Condos offers 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in the price range which varies from $200,000 to $400,000 depending on the view or location in the building. One of my favorite lines are 12 and 06 which face direct ocean views. This condo only has 4 stories and it was built in 2003 as a rental community and a year later was converted into condos. The condo fees range from $450 to $760 depending on the size of the unit.
The Waverly at Surfside Villas Amenities are, club house with a business center, pool overlooking the ocean and Jacuzzi, BBQ and lounge chairs facing the beach, volleyball court facing the Atlantic Ocean, Property manager on site, covered parking spaces assigned, handicap accessible, gated community and storage units. The Waverly at Surfside Villas have magnificent nterior features such as washer and dryers inside each unit, walking closet space and pets are allowed, but some restrictions apply.
